Frequent questions

  • How to book a route?

It is very easy, you can make your reservation either by phone, Whatsapp or in person, however due to the high demand we recommend that you make your reservation in the days prior to the chosen day to ensure both the route and the preferred time.

  • Do I need a title or nautical license?

No, since our routes are carried out under the close supervision of qualified and highly experienced instructors. Current legislation establishes that the routes will always be guided by a monitor on his own jet ski, navigating in the 1st position to guide the route safely, avoiding prohibited navigation areas and dangerous situations. In no case will motorcycles be used without the speed limitation established by law.

  • Do I need to have experience with jet skis?

No, our adventures begin with a motorcycle riding and navigation safety training so that all the members of the route can spend an unforgettable day with maximum safety.

  • What documentation do I need to present to complete the route?

In order to carry out the route, the monitors will request the ID or passport of both the driver and the passenger of the jet ski. In the case of minors, it will be necessary to sign the corresponding authorization from the father/mother/legal guardian of the minor before starting the route. In the case of minors under 16 or 17 years of age whose father/mother/legal guardian cannot sign said authorization in person, a photocopy of the ID corresponding to the authorization must be provided.

You must deposit a deposit of 100 euros for each motorcycle for the use of materials (jet ski, GoPro, life jacket, etc.). The deposit may be deposited in cash or by card.

  • When will the deposit be returned to me?

At the end of the activity, the deposit will be returned, as long as said materials (jet ski, GoPro, life jacket, etc.) have not suffered damage or damage due to improper use or negligent conduct in breach of the rules previously explained to the activity, both in security matters such as navigation by the driver / s or companion / s.

Unfavorable weather conditions are not in our hands…however, don't worry! In this case we will look for an alternative… so you don't miss out on living the experience!

At JetskiRun we want you to take a good memory with you... that's why we have GoPro 9 cameras with which you can relive your experience as many times as you want. During the activity, the monitor will take photographs that will later be provided in digital format to the participants of the route free of charge.
